Bookings

Guests of Windsor House and The Quarters must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the booking fee is required in full within 7 days of your stay or as otherwise arranged with your hosts.

Refunds will be made in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation policy

Please contact us as soon as possible if you intend to cancel your booking.

If you cancel your reservation and do not rebook another date at the time of cancellation, the following conditions apply for accommodation booked directly with your hosts:

A refund (less the initial $50 non-refundable booking deposit) will be given if cancellation occurs 14 days prior to your arrival except for any reservations made for long weekends and public holidays. If a reservation falling on a long weekend or public holiday (including but not limited to Easter, Queen’s birthday, Christmas and New Year’s Eve) is cancelled, a cancellation fee of $50 per room per night will be charged for guests of Windsor House, or otherwise $50 per night for guests of The Quarters (noting the initial $50 booking deposit is non-refundable).

Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to your arrival incur a $50 cancellation fee per room, per night for guests of Windsor House, or otherwise $50 per night for guests of The Quarters (noting the initial $50 booking deposit is non-refundable).

Cancellations made within 72 hours but before 24 hours prior to your arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night’s accommodation per room for guests of Windsor House, or a 100% fee of the total cost of the first night’s accommodation for guests of The Quarters.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your arrival or day of arrival.

If a reservation at The Quarters is booked via Airbnb, the Airbnb cancellation policy applies.

Check in/out

Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Check out is by 10am on the day of departure.

House Rules

No smoking inside the property.

No pets.

No parties or events unless by prior arrangement.

Windsor House is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

The Quarters is more family friendly however children must be supervised at all times.

Guests are strictly not permitted to bring their own alcohol to Windsor House. Windsor House is fully licensed.

Guests are requested to be mindful of their water consumption as Windsor House and The Quarters use tank water and the supply is limited.

The use of Windsor House and The Quarters is for paying guests only. No other persons are permitted entry to either property.
